Zero Robotics Middle School Final – Happening Now!

Six middle school teams from across the state competed in the WV Zero Robotics Middle School Competition earlier this summer.  These teams have worked tirelessly to virtually program SPHERES (Synchronized Position Hold, Engage, Reorient, Experimental Satellites).  Today, our state champion team will have their efforts culminate in a national competition hosted by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.  All six WV teams are gathered to witness the competition.  Competing teams from across the nation will have their code flown on small satellites aboard the International Space Station.  Astronauts will serve as judges for the competition.
