Are you interested in a summer robotics program?  Look no further!  MIT’s Zero Robotics Program is coming to Learning Options, Inc. in Fairmont, WV summer 2016!

This goal-focused team competition engages students in problem-solving and critical thinking, using computer programming, robotics, and space engineering to apply and expand STEM knowledge.

Zero robotics team members will write and implement computer coding for SPHERES (Synchronized Position Hold Engage and Reorient Experimental Satellites) robots aboard the International Space Station.  Challenge finalists will compete, via live stream broadcast, with astronauts as moderators.  This program is for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students.  Learning Options Robotics Club will host the program from July 5, 2016 – August 15, 2016 at the Learning Options, Inc.  305 Songbird Lane, Fairmont WV.  Applicants MUST be available for the duration of the program.
