FREE Jr.FLL Coach Trainings

Posted By R. Utzman on

Jr. FLL is an exciting opportunity for students below the age of 9 to experience the FLL tournament series as active participants.   Jr. FLL isn’t a competition, it is an “Expo” where young learners research a problem, develop a solution, and model it using LEGOs.  We will have an Expo at every Qualifier and at the state Championship Tournament.
In order to prepare new teams, we are offering training sessions in several location across the state.  Join us at one of these trainings designed for coaches only which will prepare you for the Jr. FLL experience. The training will include an overview of Jr. FLL, what to expect during the season, suggestions on how to run a team, and training with LEGO robotics.
Thanks to a generous donations from STEM Enterprises, the Von Alt Family, and Global Science and Technology you may be eligible for a hardship grant that would provide a $100 LEGO Robotics Base Kit.  To apply, please fill out the second page of the registration form.
