A Very Successful year for VEX in West Virginia!!

This past weekend, we hosted the VEX Robotics Competition state championship tournament at Fairmont State University.  Middle school and high school students from across the state traveled to Fairmont to compete in the Skyrise game.  Teams were tasked with designing and programming a robot to work on an alliance.  VEX has been wildly successful this past year;  in 2014, 12 VEX teams registered and competed in WV…that number has grown to 28 in 2015.  We expect similar growth for 2016.   Here are some of the highlights from the competition this past weekend:
